Topic 2024 OSHA Update

This technical meeting will address the 2024 updates in OSHA regulations. Session will include review of recent OSHA incidents and precedents. A round table discussion will follow to explore and share field exposures and experiences in hazard assessments and application of regulations.

Speaker Brian Crain

Brian Crain is an OSHA Compliance Assistance Specialist who has been assigned to the Region 2, NY Regional Office for the past 4 years. He is physically based in Southern New Jersey. He worked as an OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer (Safety/Construction Specialist) for 10 years and has investigated a wide variety of workplace safety and health hazards. Brian is a retired New Jersey State Trooper with nearly 29 years of service.
